This Privacy Policy explains how AIXSEE INTERNATIONAL LIMITED (相知國際有限公司) ("we", "us"; operator of the inxai brand), a company incorporated in Hong Kong (Company No. 80494809, Business Registration No. 80494809, registered address Workshop 251 on 3rd Floor, Join-In Hang Sing Centre, Nos. 2-16 Kwai Fung Crescent, Kwai Chung, Hong Kong), collects and uses personal data when you use inxai.com and the inxai Talent Compass test (the "Service").
1. Summary
- You can take the test without creating an account or giving your name.
- We store your answers and result under a random ID so we can show your result and share card.
- If you buy a report, our payment partner processes your payment. We never see your full card number.
- With your consent, we use analytics and advertising cookies. We do not share your answers or your result type with advertising platforms.
- We do not sell your personal information.
2. Data we collect

We do not ask for and do not want sensitive data (health, religion, ethnicity, sexual orientation, etc.). The Service is not intended for anyone under 16.
3. Cookies and similar technologies
- Essential cookies/local storage keep your test progress and unlock status. These are always on.
- Cookie-free product analytics (PostHog). To understand how people use the test (for example which question people drop off at, or which buttons they click), we use PostHog in a cookieless mode by default. In this mode PostHog stores nothing on your device; visitors are counted with a one-way hash of IP address, browser user-agent and a random salt that changes and is deleted every day, so you can't be recognised from one day to the next. We record pages viewed, clicks on buttons and links, test progress (e.g., question number, the talent dimension of the option chosen, completion), result type and scores, and share and checkout attempts. We never record what you type into forms (such as your email). Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running and improving the Service.
- Analytics cookies (PostHog with cookies, Google Analytics 4) and advertising (Meta Pixel / Conversions API, TikTok Pixel / Events API) measure visits and purchases from our ads. They run only after you click "Accept all". If you accept, PostHog may also store a pseudonymous ID on your device and may record anonymised session replays (all form fields masked) so we can fix usability problems. You can change your choice at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer.
- We send ad platforms only standard events (e.g., page view, test started, purchase value). We never send your answers, scores or type to advertising platforms.
4. Who we share data with
- Payment / merchant-of-record provider (Lemon Squeezy [provider to be confirmed], e.g. Lemon Squeezy or Stripe). It processes payments, taxes and refunds as an independent controller or processor under its own privacy policy.
- Hosting & infrastructure (e.g., Vercel/Cloudflare) and email delivery providers, as processors.
- Product analytics provider PostHog Inc. (data processed in the United States), as our processor.
- Analytics & advertising partners (Google, Meta, TikTok), subject to your cookie choices.
- Authorities, where required by law.
We do not sell personal information. Under California law, sharing for cross-context behavioural advertising may count as "sharing"; you can opt out via "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" in the footer.
5. International transfers
We are based in Hong Kong and our providers may process data in the US, EU and elsewhere. Where GDPR/UK GDPR applies, transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or other lawful mechanisms.
6. Retention
- Test answers and results: 12 months from your last visit, then deleted or anonymised.
- Purchase records: as required by tax and accounting law (generally 7 years in Hong Kong).
- Product analytics events (PostHog): up to 12 months.
- Marketing email: until you unsubscribe.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live (EU/UK GDPR, California CCPA/CPRA, Hong Kong PDPO and others), you may have the right to:
- access, correct or delete your data
- object to or restrict processing
- data portability
- withdraw consent at any time
- not be discriminated against for exercising your rights
Email [email protected] and include your result ID or order email. We'll reply within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data-protection authority (in Hong Kong, the PCPD).
8. Security
We use HTTPS, access controls and pseudonymous IDs. No method is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.
